 The whole thing was absolutely incredible and I had so much fun, but I especially liked the signature (one) bite.  I loved the different flavors in everything.  Thank You! 

I loved the second (palate teaser) course with the pineapple and honey.  All of it was very good, though.  The Crème Brule with the fudge was also amazing!  I also really liked all the place settings and all the fancy dishes.  It was great!  Thank you so much! 

I enjoyed the whole meal, especially the desert.  I haven't tasted anything like it. 

I really liked Chef Carline's signature starter (one) bite and the deconstructed caprese.  I tried everything.  It was all delicious.
