Dine4Dinners® Chef Carline never disappoints! It’s like a celebration for your mouth. Each course is brilliantly served. It’s hard to pick my favorite part—the gorgeous place settings, the witty company, the fresh flavors and beautifully served courses along with the perfectly paired wine selections. The whole thing was absolutely incredible and I had so much fun, but I especially liked the signature (one) bite. I loved the different flavors in everything. Thank You!
I loved the second (palate teaser) course with the pineapple and honey. All of it was very good, though. The Crème Brule with the fudge was also amazing! I also really liked all the place settings and all the fancy dishes. It was great! Thank you so much!
I enjoyed the whole meal, especially the desert. I haven't tasted anything like it.
I really liked Chef Carline's signature starter (one) bite and the deconstructed caprese. I tried everything. It was all delicious.
CLASSY!
The food was classy, presented brilliantly and served with perfection. Based on the quantity and size of the treats this reminded Jane and I of a tapas meal as opposed to hors-d'oeuvres. (This is a compliment)...All in all, this was the best event in my 30+ years with the club. -Jon & Jane S.
